Social Hofrats is a social media scheduling, management, and analytics application ("the App") operated by Santa Monica Networks ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://social.hofrats.com and via our corporate domain smn.lv.
The Social Hofrats App allows users to connect their social media accounts, schedule and publish content, and analyze performance across multiple platforms from a single interface. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all use of the Social Hofrats App and its features.

Santa Monica Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate Social Hofrats accounts that violate these Terms.
Social Hofrats integrates with the following platforms via their official APIs. By connecting your accounts to Social Hofrats, you agree to the respective platform terms:
When you choose to connect your social media accounts to Social Hofrats, you authorize the App to access and publish content on your behalf. You also agree to share relevant data with those platforms. Once data has been transmitted to a third-party platform via Social Hofrats, that platform's own terms apply.
By using Social Hofrats, you agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use Social Hofrats to:
Santa Monica Networks reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Acceptable Use rules without notice.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload to Social Hofrats. By using the App to publish content, you grant Santa Monica Networks a limited, non-exclusive technical license to transmit your content to your selected social networks solely to fulfill your publishing requests within Social Hofrats.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish through Social Hofrats, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
The Social Hofrats App, its features, branding, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of Santa Monica Networks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your use of Social Hofrats is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://social.hofrats.com.
We may process information about you in connection with your use of the Social Hofrats App, including account information, usage data, and support requests, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect any connected social media account from Social Hofrats at any time via the Channels settings at https://social.hofrats.com/settings. Disconnecting will immediately revoke Social Hofrats' access to your API tokens for that platform.
You may also revoke Social Hofrats' access directly from the settings of any connected social platform at any time.
Social Hofrats is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Santa Monica Networks does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Social Hofrats at any time, with or without notice.
Scheduled posts in Social Hofrats depend on the availability of third-party platform APIs. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by third-party API outages, rate limiting, or policy changes by connected social platforms.
Santa Monica Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Social Hofrats at any time if you:
You may terminate your Social Hofrats account at any time by contacting us at karlis@smn.lv. Upon termination, your right to use Social Hofrats will immediately cease.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Santa Monica Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Social Hofrats.

Santa Monica Networks may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered Social Hofrats users of material changes via email. Continued use of Social Hofrats after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
